- the item must be in its original condition
- the item must be returned in its original packaging
- the original product tag/label identifying the model must remain attached to the item
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show visible signs of use, wear, alteration, missing labels, removed security tags, or damage not caused during shipping.
Hygiene & Safety Notice
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, certain hair products such as wigs, toppers, and hair extensions may not be eligible for return if:
- the protective packaging or hygiene seal has been removed
- the product has been worn, styled, altered, or used
This policy complies with EU consumer protection regulations regarding sealed hygiene-related goods.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item received is defective
- the wrong item was sent
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
